Returns and Refund
At ADEN FOUR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in the original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Any item(s) that have been worn, washed or altered will not be accepted.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Once we receive the item(s) and they have been inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For any products that are damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on final sale items.
